Your submission isn't public. It also isn't a confidential partnership agreement. Here's the practical distinction.
01 · Privacy
Your pitch stays private.
Mission Ventures does not publish your submission. It may be reviewed by Mission's owners and authorized team members. Carefully selected AI systems may assist with summarization, research, duplicate detection, and review.
We collect account details, submission content, uploaded materials, and limited security information needed to prevent abuse and operate the service.
02 · Terms
Submitting is not partnering.
A submission does not create a partnership, fiduciary relationship, confidentiality obligation, employment relationship, or promise to build. You retain the rights you already hold unless a later signed agreement says otherwise.
Mission may already know about, be evaluating, or later receive ideas that resemble yours. We cannot agree that every submitted concept is unique or proprietary.
03 · Security
Small circle. Limited access.
Submission access is identity-gated and role-limited. Uploaded files are stored privately. We use rate limits, file restrictions, abuse detection, and audit-friendly workflows to reduce risk.
04 · Deletion
You can ask us to delete it.
Applicants can delete eligible submissions from their dashboard or contact Mission Ventures to request account and submission deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
